Friday October 2nd

        7:00 AM to 12:00 PM- Vendor/ Sponsor Set-up     

      12:00 PM–Vehicle registration starts- (16 E Ave A- Auto Body Team) 

                                 Public Access Begins

                                 Park Show Cars

    

       12:00 PM - 10:00 PM THE PIT STOP- Craft Beer & Food Truck area opens @ 1st & Main

       12:00 PM- 10:00 PM Masonic lodge Raffle (2nd & Main) 66” Chevy Corvette Convertible

       12:00 PM- 10:00 PM “Kids Zone” National Guard & Reno County First Responders at DCI Park (2nd & Main)

       12:00 PM - 10:00 PM FAB 4 Display (Ave A & Main St.)

         2:00 PM - National Anthem 

        2:00 PM to 5:00 PM- Car Judging Starts (On an As Ready Basis) * Registration closes at 5pm.           

        6:00 PM – Rod Run Cruise

        7:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Free Concert “Big Fat Fun” @ The Pit Stop-1st & Main (You are encouraged to bring chairs)

                                               Moved to Memorial Hall if inclement weather.

       10:00PM Rod Run Event Ends (Overnight Security)

Saturday October 3rd

        8:00 AM - 8:00 PM National Guard & Reno County First responders at DCI Park “Kids Zone” 2nd & Main

        8:00 AM to 10:00 PM THE PIT STOP- Craft Beer & Food Truck opens @ 1st & Main

        8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Fab 4 display (Ave A & Main St.)

        9:00 AM - National Anthem 

        2:00 PM - Toy Depot Drags – Bring your Match Box Racers!  (Avenue B & Main St.)
       12:30 PM - 3:00 PM 4th Annual HRR Pin-Up Show (featuring Working Class Women) Memorial Hall

         1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Downtown Best 5 of 6 Poker Walk for charity! Pick up your card at the car registration desk,                                              The Toy Depot, Holly's Sweet Treats and Nextwave Health & Wellness.

        5:00 PM Trophy Presentations – Memorial Hall

        6:00 PM Burnout Competition (Cancelled due to insurance issues)

        7:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Free Concert “Wabash & Lake” 1st & Main (You are encouraged to bring chairs)

                                                Moved to Memorial Hall if inclement weather.

      10:00 PM – End of Rod Run Event
